    Geraldine L. Cochran is a professor of Professional Practice with the Office of STEM Education and the Department of Physics and Astronomy at Rutgers University. Her research focuses on instruction support and development in physics and astronomy.

    Jared is a physics instructor in the Physical Sciences Department at Ozarks Technical Community College. He has always been interested in the socio-cultural setting of the reformed classroom and is currently developing a theoretical framework.
